Nav\u00edc mi kosmeti\u010dka tak\u00e9 uprav\u00ed obli\u010dej, abych ho m\u011bla lep\u0161\u00ed a hlad\u0161\u00ed. Proto jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee bych taky mohla br\u00e1t \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen. P\u0159eci u\u017e mi nen\u00ed dvacet let. Ale dozv\u011bd\u011bla jsem se, \u017ee \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen m\u016f\u017ee br\u00e1t i taky patn\u00e1ctilet\u00e1 holka. A nen\u00ed do omezeno v\u011bkov\u011b. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee ale \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen ned\u00e1v\u00e1me d\u011btem. Opravdu nejlep\u0161\u00ed je, kdy\u017e se porad\u00edte se sv\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159em, jak a kdy u\u017e\u00edvat \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen. Nemus\u00edte se b\u00e1t, \u017ee by v\u00e1m t\u0159eba nechutnal. A m\u016f\u017eete si ho po\u0159\u00eddit v tablet\u00e1ch anebo v pr\u00e1\u0161ku. A nejenom to. \u017div\u00fd kolagen a taky opravdu perfektn\u00ed na na\u0161e svaly a klouby a \u0161lachy, tak\u017ee kdo t\u0159eba hodn\u011b sportuje a m\u00e1 nam\u00e1han\u00e1 kolena a dal\u0161\u00ed klouby, tak\u017ee \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen bude pro n\u011bj opravdu ta nejlep\u0161\u00ed volba. Mnoho lid\u00ed chce vypadat mlad\u011b a kr\u00e1sn\u011b, tak u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad r\u016fzn\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky jako \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen. J\u00e1 bych se za to taky nestyd\u011bla. Proto\u017ee jsem taky bohu\u017eel sly\u0161ela, \u017ee se mnohdy lid\u00e9 boj\u00ed a sp\u00ed\u0161e styd\u00ed p\u0159iznat, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 potravinov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky, jako t\u0159eba \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen nebo dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci. Ale pro\u010d?
